Game Art Designer

Your Responsibilities:


Concept Art Creation: Develop detailed concept art for characters, environments, and props, translating game ideas into visual representations.

3D Modeling: Create and texture 3D models of characters, objects, and environments using industry-standard software.

Animation: Design and implement animations for characters and objects to ensure smooth and realistic movement.

Collaboration: Work closely with game designers, programmers, and other artists to integrate visual assets into the game.

Art Style Consistency: Maintain consistency in art style and quality across all visual elements of the game.

Technical Proficiency: Ensure that all art assets meet technical specifications and performance requirements for different platforms.

Our Requirements:


Experience: Proven experience in game art design, including work on at least one published game title.

Software Skills: Proficiency in industry-standard tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Blender, Maya, 3ds Max, or similar software for 2D and 3D art creation.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of art styles and game assets, including concept art, 3D models, and animations.

Creativity: Exceptional creativity and a strong understanding of visual storytelling and game aesthetics.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality artwork.

Communication: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to feedback and technical constraints.

Education: A degree in Art, Graphic Design, Computer Animation, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Human Resources Specialist

Your Responsibilities:


Recruitment: Oversee the entire hiring process, including creating job descriptions, posting vacancies, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing onboarding procedures.

Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.

Performance Management: Administer performance appraisal systems, provide feedback, and address employee performance issues.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, including contracts, performance evaluations, and personal information.

Experience: Previous experience in HR roles, with a strong understanding of recruitment, training, and performance management.

Game Tester

Your Responsibilities:


Test Planning: Design and execute detailed test plans and test cases to validate game functionality and performance.

Bug Identification: Identify and document defects and bugs in the game, including software errors, graphical issues, and functionality failures.

Issue Reporting: Record and report identified issues, and communicate with the development team to ensure timely resolution.

Regression Testing: Perform regression testing after bug fixes to confirm that the issues have been resolved and that no other features have been affected.

Performance Evaluation: Assess game performance across various devices and environments, including load times, frame rates, and stability.

Documentation: Create and maintain test documentation, including test cases, defect reports, and test results.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team and other testers to ensure the overall quality of the game product.

Our Requirements:


Experience: Relevant experience in game testing or software testing, familiar with testing processes and tools.

Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, capable of working meticulously in complex environments.

Knowledge: Understanding of game development processes and common game testing methods, knowledge of various testing tools and techniques.

Education: Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.

Attention to Detail: High attention to detail, with the ability to accurately identify and document various issues in the game.

Communication: Excellent communication skills, able to clearly convey issues and solutions to the development team and other stakeholders.
